How does the custom split work?+
In Custom Split mode you can add each person by name and assign them a percentage of the total bill. For example one person could pay 40 percent and another 60 percent. The percentages must add up to 100 for the calculation to work correctly.
Does the tip calculate on the subtotal or the total?+
The tip is calculated on the bill subtotal before tax is added. This is the standard way to calculate a tip. Tax is then added separately to give you the final total that gets split.
How many people can split a bill?+
In Equal Split mode you can split between 2 and 20 people using the plus and minus buttons. In Custom Split mode you can add as many people as you need using the Add Person button.
Can I share the results with my group?+
